Buried Treasures!

I was out again today at Zern's digging through bins of toys and what have you as usual. I found some cool novelty candies today to share with you!

Buries Treasures! They're little treasure chests containing candy, stickers, and a little toy. The toy looks like a plastic X (to mark the spot) that transforms into a kinda-sorta robot. Cool, not too hard on the pocket book, and perfect with all the pirate love going around!

Oh oh oh oh!!! It's a tiny, tiny, GameCube game!! It's got 3 "discs" of gum, each with great Nintendo prints. The gum is way way flavorful and juicy, almost to the point I'd rather eat it than chew it. It also comes with stickers! Yay stickers! One of the coolest features? It can be used as an actual GameCube game case!

Pez Cola! Not particularly creative or unique, but definately one of the harder to find flavors of Pez! Mmmm... tastes like Cola Bottlecaps. And maybe it's just my imagination, but they seem almost fizzy when you eat them.

Hello Kitty Candy Lipstick! I was a little disappointed with this. I was expecting the normal chalky candy lipstick. Instead it was more of a Push-Pop candy. Also the graphics aren't impressive, either. I have a whole bunch of stickers with that same image of Kitty left over from my Hello Kitty valentines I got a few years back.

Wow, I didn't know Cola PEZ was hard to find. My Wal-Mart always has it, it's one of my favorite flavors. It tastes fizzy to me too, so I don't think it's just you. :p

Maybe it's just my area. It seems like every grocery store or candy shop I go to only has the typical lemon, orange, strawberry, grape, etc. Occasionally sours.

Yeah, that's probably it. I live in a tiny town so it's probably just not being sold. They also have chocolate pocky and I seriously think I'm the only one that buys it.

Hah, turn your friends onto the cult of Pocky...before your local Wal-Mart gets rid of it! That's what I did, but it still seems to only come in once a month, at which time all those who worship the Pocky buy it.

wow, Cola Pez! I love Pez...not thexually tho. Never ever heard of cola pez, I do love Bottlecaps though. I bought a big box for 88 cents at Hell-Mart, opened them, and them left them on the table. Due to the Schwetty Balls heat and humidity, the were totally inedible the next morning. Fuckity fuck.

I love Pocky...when I went to Japan, I spent my remaining spending money on the way back in the Kyoto airport buying all kinds of different Pocky sticks and gum. Black Black and Blueberry are my favorites. I also like Pocari Sweat, which might taste like sweat, if your sweat was sweet!

    Great finds, Mystie!

This is perfect for me-I bought Mario Kart Double Dash from Blockbuster, and they decided to place the disc and paper insert in a filthy DVD case. Of course they didn't decide to include the manual until I bitched about it. I hate Blockbuster and GameStop. The fact that Gamefaqs exists does NOT make it OK to cheat me out of a manual.
