I was up til 4am last night because I realized I hadn't bought any weird and random crap off eBay lately. I was piddling around looking for all kinds of random stuff. Mystery auctions, crown related novelties, Nickelodeon brand whatevers from the 90s. I found one or two things I thought would be great to set around for a rainy day.

Then since my cat was feeling a little better, I decided it would be okay if I left for a while to hide in Barnes and Noble and work on my latest article. To put it bluntly, the place was motherfucking packed. Every table was taken, and I wound up taking a seat in the kiddy section. I was then joined by another girl my age studying for college that was also unable to find a seat. Poor her, it was either sit with the freak wearing goggles in the kiddy corner or nothing. So there I sat, writing my what-have-yous about My Little Ponies behind a stack of Halloween books while I bunch of kids ran around singing the Goofy Goober song. I couldn't finish. Sorry.

I left and went out and about and up and down and all around town. I swung by to see if the big Halloween store was open yet -- nope. But I was able to see the big set-up starting over at Party City. I skipped about merrily in the nearly vacant store occasionally doing that girly thing where you lift one leg up, squeal, and wave your fists in front of your face. Oddly enough, I found not one, but TWO things I had been looking at just the night before on eBay and was considering buying.



OH FUCK ME GENTLY WITH A CHAINSAW! Lookit my smexy black and purple crown! Is it totally not Mystie? It totally is. Plus I have fluffy wuffy purple pens with crowns on the top! AND They came with glitter nailpolish with little crown caps.

Oh my God I so need to make Crown Combo t-shirts.
