I have Monster Balls!

I don't know when these were made... or why... a quick Google search will tell you that Illco Toys mainly spent their time making little Sesame Street and Disney wind-up toys in the 80s. This reminds me a lot of Madballs (did you hear they're coming back!?!?!!?11!!~``oneoneone) so it's possible they were a spin-off. The dates on the back reads TM (c)1947, renewed 1958 but I don't think that's an actual made-by-type date. I think I'll keep my Monster Ball sealed away, it looks cooler still on the card.

After work I went out to get a little Halloween spirit branded on me. I stopped by the nail salon in hopes I could get the cool skull and crossbones airbrush design I used to get when I had my nails done more regularly. Alas, there was no more piratey designs for me. I picked out a spider design instead but since I went to one of those stereotypical oriental nail places there was some miscommunication.

I wound up with spiders, ghosts AND batties! I couldn't get a good camera shot, so I had to scan my hand... let's take a close-up.

He also forgot to paint the tiny little arms on one ghost on my pinky finger, so now I have an amputated pinky ghost. I also picked up some crazy jeweled fake eyelashes because I've never worn fake eyelashes and Halloween seemed like a perfect time! Stupid me, I picked up Wet n Wild self-adhesive lashes so of course they didn't stick. Wet n Wild can't make shit, I'm surprised they're still in business. I wouldn't wish a Wet n Wild makeover on my worst enemy.
