Fiery hot doom

I went on my lunch break at work today and as we had called out for Chinese I was dining on Sesame Chicken. I got my DS out of my purse as it was nested tightly between my checkbook and my plumping lipstick. I have yet to make a positive decision about whether or not said lipstick actually plumps my pucker or just makes my lips tingle. Regardless, I was playing Mario 64 DS and nonchalantly stabbing bits of food while I navigated Luigi around the castle. In my carelessness I managed to swallow something that assuredly was not chicken. My face exploded, as illustrated here....

I had eaten about the most awful tasting and flaming hot thing that has ever passed my lips. Upon further inspection I believe it to have been a Guatemalan insanity pepper. I'm not even kidding when I say that I nearly threw up. I have no tolerance for spicy food, and this was HORRIFICALLY HOT. It took 15 minutes, a can of Brisk, a chocolate milk, and 2 antacids until I finally stopped feeling like a bomb exploded in my stomach and lit my tongue on fire. I can feel that it's still in there, anxiously awaiting to singe my anus on the way out. It's gonna be a rough night.

On that wonderful note, I'll take this time to mention that I'm swapping out some of the old RealVideo files for WMWs. Should make for a few more happy campers.

Ugh, I bit into a big piece of Ginger the other day while likewise indulging in some flavored CAT.
I don't know if my face exploded or anything but I let enough F-Bombs drop to make a satanic kid with tourettes blush.
    Yikes!

    Sheesh! Sounds painful.
one time I was cooking with peppers, and as a chef you sometimes have to see how spicy they are.
    So I bit it.
A mistake I will always regret. This happened a few days ago, and the tip of my tongue still hurts....

Wow... I love spicy, maybe I don't have any tastebuds left from all the spicy destruction I have reigned down upon them, but I eat those spicy peppers of death like nothing (unless I get a seed stuck in the back of my mouth between my gums and my cheek, slight owwwie). I have friends that are spice whimps though so I feel bad for you too, you have to watch the Chinese, it will get you every time! Let alone Thai and Viet... yikes! (Try eating mostly raw peppers in Pho... now that is painful! I have regretted that before... but not too much ... )
