Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I'm chillin' in my room with some eggnog and wearing my flannel penguin pajamas. I'm having a wonderful Turkey Day at home -- just me, the 'rents, and my two older brothers. We already finished our dinner here, cuz we like to eat early and then go back to our respective rooms and crash. My job today was to make sure the DVD player in the kitchen was continually playing Thanksgiving and Christmas specials. Also to make biscuits. That's about it. Mom likes to have everything just so.

Thanksgiving has pretty much always been an at-home deal in my family. Especially since we're only on speaking terms with like, 2 or 3 of my father's 6 siblings. Which is more food for us! We always have tons of food because leftovers are much appreciated. Turkey, mashed potatos, cranberry sauce, lettuce with bacon dressing, Stove Top, pineapple stuffing, candied sweet potatos, green bean salad, brocolli, biscuits, cheese pie, and pumpkin pie. Horray! Tomorrow -- turkey sandwiches!

I've been pining over the Black Friday ads, wishing I had the money to go out and take advantage of some of the digital camera deals. There's some pretty sweet 6 and 7 megapixels cameras for a damn steal, but it doesn't do much good when there's $1.72 in your bank account.  Bah. But, I could not have any digital camera, so I guess I should be thankful that I at least have my crummy 3.2MP.
