I decided against going Black Friday shopping this morning. It's probably for the best that I not spend money I technically don't have. But, this afternoon we ran out of cat food and I figured if I'm going out I might as well stop at Wal-Mart. It wasn't as packed as I'm sure it was during the morning hours, but there was still a hectic air about. I couldn't get a toe into the electronics department, and since I was feeling generous enough to not beat anyone down today, I just circled all around the store instead. I was checking out the Christmas aisle to see if there was some sort of My Little Pony stocking I could pick up. I spotted a display of the traditional licensed character bath supply kits and went to take a peek. Next to it was an enormous display of all sorts of lip gloss with flavors from Skittles to Cinnabon.

It was then I spotted this:



Kool-Aid flavored lip gloss is cool enough in itself, but a Kool-Aid man topper Keychain makes it totally squeal-worthy. Flavored lip gloss is best sampled on the lips of another, but since all my guy buddies are either working or otherwise absent, I had to just put it on and lick my lips instead. They all certainly smell like Kool-Aid, and from my best taste, they're pretty close to Kool-Aid flavor. The set comes with Strawberry, Tropical Punch, and Slammin' Strawberry Kiwi and according to the Lip Smacker website it's also available in Watermelon Cherry and Soarin' Strawberry Lemonade. Ugh. My kingdom for Sunshine Punch lip gloss!
