Strawberry Shortcake DVD + Video Blog!
I made a video of me geeking out. I dunno if I should say any more than that... I suppose I should. I was at Wal-Mart looking at a DVD of the Last Unicorn when I spotted a DVD of the ORIGINAL Strawberry Shortcake specials, then grabbed for it, jumped up and down, and squealed loudly. Thankfully I have no shame for how I appear in public, and I'd been gently stroking TMNT figures a few moments before.
It has the first special, The World of Strawberry Shortcake as well as Strawberry Shortcake in Big Apple City. The case art is kinda shotty and there's no bonuses unless you count a poorly thrown together Snow White cartoon, but the menus are really cute. The DVD itself is only printed in Black and White, but OMFG ORIGINAL STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE DVD AND IT WAS ONLY $9!!!!!!!!!! Yay.
oh man. i can remember going to the video store with my mom every week, and it never failed: i would almost always get a strawberry shortcake special ... on BETA video! either that, or the chipmunk adventure movie.
