I never in my life thought I'd blog about my recent clothing purchases. I mean, I've mentioned that my wardrobe mainly consists of t-shirts and low-cut black 3/4 sleeve shirts, but I'm never one to go into detail about my loathing of appliqué. But, as I was browsing the clearance section today I found something that was not only amazing, but blog-worthy.



I thought clothing companies had an unspoken rule about not producing gray and red striped shirts outside of Halloween costumes. I mean.... how could they not know? It worked out to my advantage, because I'm now the owner of the sluttiest Freddy Krueger shirt ever. Technically I think I'm supposed to wear a shirt under it, but it works much better without.

I know I've said I hate horror movies (weak stomach, BAD nightmares) but that's actually more of a recent development. When I was in elementary school the local video store saw no reason to enforce that whole law about not renting R rated videos to people under 17. Many visits up there were spent renting horror movies, so I have seen Nightmare on Elm St 1-6 as well as some Child's Play, Leprechaun and the likes. Why I could handle watching it in 3rd grade and not now, I can't completely figure out.
