Do you believe in magic?
Would you believe me if I were to tell you Sweet Secrets are back? Because they are. I'd run off right now and buy some for review but I've got a pumpkin pie in the oven and a serious lack of fundage from an afternoon at the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire yesterday.
It was a hot day for the Ren Faire, but it didn't stop me from trying on expensive corsets, checking out all 50,000 jewelry stands, getting costumed photos taken, and, oh yeah, scoping out hot guys in kilts and pirate costumes. My girls and I watched some shows, drank frozen mixed drinks out of giant bong-shaped cups, played with weapons, and spent way too much money on food and water. I'm sure I'll be making at least one more trip there but next time it'll hopefully be a little cooler. I think this weekend I'm finally getting ready to say goodbye to lemonade and bring out the apple cider. So farewell Mr. Tastee, we'll see ya next year!

Ours just started this past weekend- and this weekend is PIRATE WEEK! Rudy and I have NO EXCUSE TO NOT DRESS UP- for god's sake the boy is a living pirate! *dances*

I went there last year because mine (Pittsburgh) was closed and it was like 45 degrees the entire day. I'd like to hear more about it...do you dress up?

never been to a ren faire....cant wait to go though!! ill be in Pennsylvania later this month though....philly is in Pennsylvania right?? I got tickets to see Henry Rollins spoken word first weekend of October!
