Where in the World is Mystie?
Over the past few months I've gotten all kinds of Kool-Aid, Pop-Tarts and cereal for review and yet here sits an empty blog. Yeah, I think it sucks, too. But here's a run down:

Shrek + 20 piece McNuggets = awesome
My life has taken a strange turn over the past few months in which I'm back to sitting at a desk all day but now I also teach evening classes on Mondays and Wednesdays at a vocational/career school. Yes. Teach. It's been an odd adjustment to have people address me as "Miss Whitby" because usually that salutation tends to follow along with, "Miss Whitby we haven't received your credit card payment this month."
I'm also purchasing a mobile home and moving soon. No more living in the crazy house for me! I'll have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a garden tub to soak away all my problems. Also, maybe some moonshine.

Usually，we wear sandals barefoot, so the dander of a day off from the feet not fall into the socks, but to stay in the insole. Although there is a silver woven wire on the insole(silver wire with antibacterial function), however, because of constant foot sweating,the chemicals in sweat of the body causes bad odor. As described of the instructions, we can use antibacterial hand wash detergents to clean sandals, and then rinse thoroughly to dry.
According to our experience,brushing insoles daily is sufficient. Note that there must have enough time to make porous insoles dry in the evening,so can easy to remove dander. If the dander is still wet, it would be easy to squeeze into the hole of insole.
Can MBT shoe soles be replaced?
If the sole structure perfect and intact, can only replace an outsole.
Masai Sensor (Masai Sensor) can be replaced at the same time.
