Rice Krispy Cake

THERE'S MAGIC IN THE AIIIIR TONIGHT, MAGIC IN THE AIIIIRRR.

Or there was on Wednesday and I haven't gotten to blog until just now. Since I started back up on Weight Watchers this Thursday, I decided if I was going to eat the giant Rice Krispy, Wednesday would have to be the night. After a long day of learning about pushes, infusions and flushes and then an evening of ranting about diagnosis code sequencing, I was ready for something a little less... involved.

I was brainstorming decorating ideas -- pumpkins, vampires, witches, etc. Maybe making a graveyard. It was getting late. My creativity was running out. Time was running out. As much as I would have liked to pipe out a giant picture of Slimer, I didn't have the patience. Or the needed amounts of icing. I didn't even know what colors I could mix to make black icing for the outline.

I made two tombstones. Do they even look like tombstones? They did when I was 5 minutes from falling asleep standing up. The spooky aura swirls designate them as tombstones. Ugh. Now I know what I haven't updated my DeviantArt account in 50 years.

The above was the result of  "one good turn deserves another," because Mister DJ D gave me an icing shout out last week in the form of a Halloween cookie house. Deej hosts a late night radio show that I love, because none of my real life friends know squat about Neuroticfish or Assemblage 23. When he's not sexifying the radio waves, he's getting barrages of text messages from me telling him to write more on his blog .

The Pilver is run by kb, who always makes me feel better about squeeling over things in grocery stores and checking X-Entertainment 5,000 times a day. I'm very envious of her blogging quantities, and her awesome conquests in motherhood.

I think I like Rice Krispy Cake better than yellow cake.
